Puja Services and Offerings
The following is an overview of Puja Services and Offerings made available through AR’s Dzogchen Nyingthig Community at his temple. To request a Puja or Offering to be made on your behalf, please select “Request” under one of the options below.
This will lead you to the Vidyadhara email. Please then clearly specify on whose behalf you would like the Puja or Offering to be made. Ideally, please enclose a photograph.
Pujas are entirely dana / donation based. A dana is made from the heart according to your circumstances. All your danas are forwarded to AR’s monastery through JM.
Please note that in many cases, AR himself does the Phowa or Transference of Consciousness for someone who has just died. However, this depends on his availability and the fortuitous circumstances of being able to reach him at the right time. Therefore kindly inform as early as possible. All Pujas and Offerings are organised at the monastery through JM and her attendants.
Please know that every Puja or Offering you request for yourself or someone else will be carried out without exception. We will send you the corresponding confirmation once we receive confirmation of the Puja having been performed or the Offering made.

Phowa: Transference of consciousness for someone who has passed
One of the key practices in Vajrayana is Phowa, the transference of consciousness. AR is considered a Phowa Mahasiddha, one who is supremely accomplished in helping to transfer another’s consciousness to the pure realms or buddha fields at the time of their passing.
It is said Phowa should be done within a few minutes of someone’s passing, at the latest within six hours. On several occasions, we have been able to request Rinpoche to do the Phowa himself for someone who had just died. When someone is about to pass, please therefore inform us early. -
49-Day Puja for the deceased
When someone has passed away, their consciousness goes through the bardo or antarabhāva visions for a certain period of time. During this time, it is important for the departed to receive support in the form of the 49-Day Puja that reminds them of their true nature and helps their mindstream recall the Deity and the Guru.
The Puja is performed at the temple by many monks. Please make sure to send a photograph of the departed, in addition to their name and day and time of departure. -
